What is a lab-grown diamond?
A lab-grown diamond is grown from a tiny diamond seed using advanced plasma technology that replicates the conditions deep within the earth. Over several weeks, carbon atoms crystallize into a genuine diamond — not a fake, not a simulant. It is diamond: pure carbon, 10/10 hardness, the same optical brilliance. Even a trained gemologist needs specialized equipment to tell it apart from a mined stone.
Why it matters
Traditional diamond mining moves up to 250 tonnes of earth per carat. Lab-grown diamonds require no excavation, no displacement of communities, and our partner facilities run on renewable energy.
